Thyme Out has an agreement with Pepsi Cola to offer these special event trailers. Our trailers can be delivered direct to your door, for all your beverage and catering needs. For your smaller events, we also offer tabletop fountain dispensers. Below you will find product information and pricing for your special event trailer needs.

Package Deals
Coolers (Portable, Tabletop Pre-mix Units)
Package Cost: $244.00 plus tax
Includes:
$30.00 Rental charge per cooler
$24.00 per 5 gallon premix tank (8 tank minimum - no refunds
provides 512 servings
$22.00 CO2
One week advance notice is required.

Special Event Trailers
Package Costs: $472.00
Includes:
$90.00 rental charge per trailer (1-7 day option on rental)
$24 per 5 gallon pre-mixed tank (15 tank minimum - no refunds)
provides 960 servings
$22.00 - CO2
One week advance notice required
$25.00 cleaning fee will be charged if trailers are not clean upon return

Cups are charged separately from package prices.
16 oz. Cups - $3.00 per sleeve/20 sleeves per case/1200 cups per case
12 oz. Cups - $3.33 per sleeve/24 sleeves per case/2400 cups per case
$80.00 per case

$22.50 per case of 24 non-returnable bottles of Soft Drinks, Water and Fruit Works - 8 case minimum - no refunds
$24.00 per case of 24 non-returnable bottles of Sport Drinks - 8 case minimum - no refunds

Each 5 gallon container of premix will provide 64 - 16 oz. servings. 16 oz. cup holds 10 oz. of product and 6 oz. of ice. CO2 containers are required to dispense the product. One CO2 tank is needed for every 15 tanks.
